Purpose
The White Bluff Property Owners’ Association (WBPOA), Inc. was incorporated on May 29, 1990 as a Texas non-profit corporation to protect the value and quiet enjoyment of the property for its owners and duly authorized users. The Association is governed by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws established in connection with the White Bluff Property Owners’ Association, and covenants and restrictions established within the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
Meetings
The WBPOA holds its annual meeting the third Saturday in May of each year. Regular quarterly board meetings are held in January, April, July, and October. In addition, special meetings are called throughout the year as deemed necessary by the WBPOA Board of Directors. Meetings have traditionally been held in White Bluff Resort.
