Marina Committee

The Marina Advisory Committee was created to provide the Board of Directors recommendations relating to the operations, growth and safety of the marina and marina store. The committee is currently working on the following items:

• Annual operating budget
• Five-year plan and financial forecast
• Marketing and communications
• Marina rules
• Slip fees
• Security
• Safety
• Compliance with USACE lease
• Operation of the marina store

The committee meets periodically at the Lone Star Room as needed.

The current members of the committee are as follows:
