RV & Boat Storage

There are two RV & Boat Storage facilities owned by the WB POA. Each is gated and locked 24 hours a day. To gain access, a property owner should call Security at 254-694-4471.

Be sure to review the RV & Boat Storage Rules before completing an application.

Cedar Ridge RV & Boat Storage     Location Map     Site Map

• Located on property, within the gated community of White Bluff
• Maximum size that can be accommodated is 21' including a trailer
• Rates are $25 per month

Deer Crossing RV & Boat Storage     Location Map     Site Map

• Located off property, just north of the gated community of White Bluff
• Maximum size that can be accommodated is 40'
• Rates are based on length and are as follows
• 10' - 21', $25 per month
• 21' - 29', $30 per month
• 29' - 40', $35 per month

RV & Boat Storage Rules

• Your equipment must be parked within the line limits of your storage space.
• No dilapidated boats, trailers, pop-ups, motor homes, recreational vehicles, automobiles or trucks are permitted.
• Any equipment placed in storage must be registered with POA office.
• Any equipment placed in storage must have a White Bluff Storage permit sticker attached to equipment parked.    
• Maintenance fees must be current
• Security will let you in and out of storage facility, please call 254-694-4471.
• Billings are semiannual, January through June, billed out in December and July through December billed out in June.  Spaces rented between billing cycles will be prorated to next semiannual billing cycle.

Storage of your equipment, boats or vehicles is at owner’s risk.  Neither the White Bluff Property Owners' Association nor its officers, agents, or employees are liable or responsible for theft of or damage to property in storage.

The White Bluff POA Board of Directors has the right to revise these rules and regulations at anytime.
